The pre-arrival, pre-check-in experience was not pleasant. The check-out experience, also not pleasant. If a client booked and paid 5/6 weeks ahead it's rather arrogant to tell him only 4 days before check in that there are cash payments of late-check in and breakage deposit, which if they didn't accept to pay they could cancel and be refunded whenever. The hefty R350.00 late check-in charge is supposedly because their person comes from far. It's annoying when you pay and only to see him hanging around the same area on many occasions. Many foreign travellers (late flights) have complained, they don't want to accommodate. No courtesy cleaning for a 7-day stay. Asked for a change of linen/towels - none. I had to read other reviews, the foul smell from the shower is NOT because "people flush hairs into the drain" as they explained. It's a persistent plumbing problem, they've had complaints about it, they won't fix it. Check-out, same nonsense. The 2 hour (08:00-10:00) window is NOT because they're bringing anyone in to clean the premises. It's just a trap to charge and penalize clients. They've had complaints about it, they don't intend to address it. A week later, I'm yet to receive any communication about processing my breakage refund. Why put a tipping jar in the unit for cleaning staff when you know fully well that the unit is ONLY cleaned after check out? I have used Booking.com for >10 years, this was my worst customer interaction experience. I would not recommend this for a foreign traveller looking for a lengthy stay.

Very spacious room fully equipped with more than what is needed. The view of table mountain and the ocean is fantastic.

The view of Table Mountain was absolutely breathtaking. The towering peak, surrounded by the natural beauty of Cape Town, offered a stunning and unforgettable sight. It’s a must-see for anyone visiting the area!

While the view of Table Mountain was amazing, we were disappointed by a few small issues. Some items in the property were broken, which detracted from the experience. Additionally, the extra charges for late check-in and check-out felt unnecessary and inconvenient.

Location was great with spectacular views. Very clean and neat apartment. Would definitely recommend this apartment for future stays. Staff were pleasant. I loved it.

There was a smell from the drain in the shower which was not pleasant.

The view, cleanliness and staff was amazing,easy access to our room and the host was very friendly.
