I liked the fact that it has and amazing sea view , modern apartment and friendly staff

The facility is awesome, everything is in place, the ambulance is fantastic, we enjoyed the side walk most time and we felt relaxed meanwhile its the best facility among all that we have stayed. The security is very effective.

We weren't given enough toilet pape, not enough hand m soop and the heater in the room is not ready effective, we hardly felt it

Location: View: The view of Table Mountain and the beach is absolutely stunning. Visibility of Table Mountain can be affected by weather conditions. Accommodation: Cleanliness: The place was very neat and tidy. Pest Control: Contrary to previous reviews, there were no cockroaches. Amenities: Kitchen: The kitchen was fully equipped. Work Space: A small work-from-home station is available in the lounge. Service: Staff: The staff were friendly and attended to all our requests promptly. It was great value for money for a short stay.

I was pretty surprised by the extra charges that popped up during our stay, which weren't mentioned on Booking.com. It turns out, these fees are listed in the welcome note, but here's the catch: you only get that note after you've locked in the non-refundable option and paid everything. When I brought it up, they did offer to cancel and refund the booking, but that takes 10 to 13 days, which is a real hassle if your trip is just a week or two away. Fees: - There's a **R1000** deposit for any breakages. - If you're arriving after 10pm, you will have to pay R350 to cater for a staff member to hand over the keys that you will have to sign for. - After 6pm is R250 (I think) - And the list goes on. - There is no drop box or anywhere that they can leave the keys for you. So if you are not arriving during normal working hours, please find out about the additional fees. Don't get me wrong, we enjoyed our stay and everything met our expectations but it felt like there was a price tag on every little thing. We even ended up buying paper plates and cups because we were too nervous to use their dishes just incase they would deduct from the R1000 deposit if we were to break anything by mistake. Accidentally get makeup or a stain on the towels? They'll try and remove but if they cannot they will bill you and charge 2% daily for late payments and send you a letter of authority or demand for non payment (this was on a sign stuck on the fridge, it specifically mentioned the letter of authority if they cant remove it) And if you hang anything over the railing, you're looking at a **R2000** fine. Break a cup, and even if you fess up, you'll still have to pay. I understand the need to protect your property, but covering a small mishap like a broken cup for **R100** or **R200** seems reasonable. Honestly, if you're going to be this strict, maybe renting out your place isn't the best idea.
