The place is not bad but was not what we expected at that time and tried to cancel on booking.com but couldn’t allow for cancellation Gentleman and lady we spoke to where such a darling and the know how to talk to people I loved how the handle the whole situation

We didn’t utilise the facilities due to where is situated and thought is the apartment like Sandton hotel or Capital hotel not a residential building The process of sending My personal stuff to someone I don’t know and making things worse gentlemen failed to meet with us at the gate we had to return back as the security is very tight there We communicated with him to alert him that we are not happy and won’t be able to do business with him at that point Therefore we will like to get our money back Hope you find this helpful Warm regards Dr Lesupi

Only the wifi and the cleanliness

We are given a limited time to go to the lagoon and we can’t even access the lagoon on our check out date. There wasn’t a microwave in the room yet is a self catering. It was just an inconvenience

Everything was more than i expected it was truly incredible

Everything about the apartment was spot on and I liked that is in the centre just 2 streets away from the lagoon and restaurent. If there's any available space I'm coming back for at least 2 nights this time. I really enjoyed my stay. Also thw host is so reachable hey. Kudos to her.

We went to have breakfast at the Blyde restaurant and it was so good, location is perfect.

Our booking was from the 8th of April to the 10th of April 2025 we came back today which is the 10th. Host was so bad, lacked communication, was not reachable on phone at 18:00pm because we couldn’t go out for dinner and we wanted her to send us codes to go out and back in but no reply from her till the next morning. We booked for two night’s and our stay was so horrible, she told us to go do facial access so we will be able to move out and inside property but our facials worked ones when we went out on night two then when we came back faces we’re not recognized we had to wait outside till we can ask a stranger to drive in with us… again we called Host… host was nowhere to be found. And she never apologized for my night 1 stay that she didn’t answer calls at 18:00pm and also night two that she didn’t answer my calls.. when we wanted to go for dinner she didn’t answer and day two she didn’t answer when we were stuck outside. Now moving to the place guys ahg 😭😭😭, the wardrobe is locked with a whole padlock 🔒 and you only using the other space, no towels there’s only 1 towel, old towel to be precise, In toilet there was no air freshener, kitchen doesn’t have a microwave, and kitchen towels, we had to use the stove oven as a microwave and it was so slow AF, cutlery was not clean, ironing board it’s a whole steel…. No hairdryer when you go to the beach make sure you don’t swim with your hair in water or bring your own hairdryer. We regreted our stay on day 1😫😏 I wished I had booked the same apartment I booked last year because it was too perfect compared to this one 😭 The outside chairs 🪑 are not comfortable… did I not fall? 😂🤣🤣I fell when I sat on the other chair… they old and they can not stand still…. The couch is making the floor rusty… floor is rusty in the living room Dear hots upgrade your place
