"Terrible service"

Terrible service she can't come to our rescue were stuck at the door for almost an hour not being able to get inside the apartment after countless times of trying to get into the apartment she failed to immediately send someone to help us

"They say there's no better place than home but it Felt like home 🏡 ❤️🔥"

The staff security was so friendly and patient 😊 when we checked in for the first time. Our apartment was so cool, had a great view on the balcony. We choose self catering accommodation and we had everything we needed from pots, plates etc. Unlimited wifi was working like a pro😍. Hot water, drinkable tap water was spot on. They had an extra toilet paper, extra blanket just in case the weather changes. Clean sheets, shower gel.Had our privacy which was important and The access pin that was given daily!!!, they made sure they provide whenever we call and they would send it via WhatsApp. Not to forget that we had a dishwashing machine, had a dishwashing liquid. Overall it is 9/10😘♥️. Not to forget safe parking 😊. We had cleaning equipments for cleaning during our stay. It was giving the vibes 🔥 it felt like we belonged there. Best highlight was when we cooked our own food 🍲, from breakfast, lunch, dinner. It really left us with great memories 😍

. What I didn't like was that, when I booked. It stated that the special feature about our apartment was that it had a private swimming pool . We were not given information about it from our host and i was so excited to be provided with it. But unfortunately we did not have information nor just seeing the private pool it's self on the surrounding area. Also we expected to be provided with gowns for waking up in the morning but it was not much of an issue. We only had one knife from the cutlery which was not sharp.

No fan or air-conditioning. The guard at the beach told us we can't swim due to the messages they received about lightning, he will let us know when to come. We never received any communication from him until we left

Home away from home, everything just as advertised host was very helpful always available,the pricing is reasonable I'm definitely gon visit again

The weather change soon as we went to the lagoon ensure you check the weather prior to booking to avoid disappointment but other than that our stay was perfect
