The location was nice, everything about the place was perfect

The facility was exceptional....loved the Lagoon beach,it was so clean I even loved the way the sand was designed..the Food at the Restaurant was top notch....I think it's safe to say I had one of the best seafood pasta meal....yooooh not to mention our room it was proper.

The security process was not done as it was explained to us, our facial was not captured and we had to request for the link everything we wanted to leave the premises,also the outside floor of our doorway was dirty.

I would be lying cause it exceeded my expectations

My host was rude to us from the beginning We had struggles with entry and exit which was never resolved On my check out I was accused of stealing tissue paper and washing powder All in all I had a horrific experience

I didn’t enjoy this trip and the regulations of the property were not communicated to me in advance so I had to pay an exorbitant amount of money for getting a photo shoot done at the property, the property owner was very unhelpful and there were times I couldn’t exit the property because the Face ID only works at certain exit points and the owner would not even pick up the phone.

The apartment was infested with cockroaches 🪳 and the bed linen was dirty 🤮

I arrived at 15:30 and only got access to my room just before 19:00 due to the host giving me wrong access code to the key lock box

The cockroaches and also mo braai facilities, no fan
