The staff were amazing and accommodating. Location was close to beach.

Parking is a huge issue. Extremely congested. Rooms could use modernizing. And the bathrooms definitely need to be spaced properly, huge mess each time one showers.

Ashleigh was great at reception, even helped park my mums car. (Car park isn't great and very tight)

As a foreign traveller, I did not have a SA bank account. The deposit (on the booking said R400, but was asked for R500) was to be in cash. During our stay my whiskey (R800 bottle) was interfered with (some was taken). This was reported to reception but nothing was done or said about it. I asked for no cleaning services after this incident as I didn't feel they were serious about my complaint and didn't want anything else going missing. When booking, I was told the stairs were narrow going up to the bedroom (bathrooms downstairs). On checking in Ashleigh mentioned it to me as my mother is elderly. She said she tried to find another apartment but housekeeping was only instructed to clean the one we booked even though there were other empty apartments we could have had that wouldn't have been as difficult for my mother. When checking out at 8:30am (check out was 9am), I was told I had to wait for my cash deposit after the check. They went to check and there was apparently a small spot of pink hair dye on the pillow. I informed them that it will wash out. When I asked about getting my deposit back I was told they can't because they need to see if it comes out. I said I had a taxi booked for 12 and would need it by then. I had to suggest they go wash it immediately so I could fly out on time as this was now holding me up. Eventually it was washed, I had to text and ask if it was done, communication wasn't great. When I first arrived to the apartment, I noticed the bedding had old stains on them, they also smelt like they had nit been freshly washed. The freezer was over working. I turned it down to 2 and if was still freezing everything in the fridge. This was mentioned but a Mon plussed attitude was given. Its my belief that this was a fault all along and they just haven't fixed it previously to my stay. My mother is diabetic and needs to keep her insulin refrigerated and this freezer problem caused her issues taking her insulin.

Checkout time way too early 09;00 and no signage on the premises stating this as I recall the standard checkout time everywhere else I stayed was 11:00 , ☹️

the facility is safe, close to the beach and a resturant serving the most delicious food and drinks for everyone. They have free wifi and the staff is reachable with a phone call anytime of the day.

my friend and i loved and appreciate everything they did to accomodate us.
