The location is walking distance to the beach. The cafe on site which served very affordable breakfast and also very helpful, thoughtful and friendly staff.

Due to unfortunate circumstances we had to move to another unit from beach cove 1 (on a separate property) to palm cottage 1 (main property). Service. We have booked and paid for a room with a working aircon so we expect it to be working which was not the case. After being told that the technician will only be called the next day to have a look at the aircon, I had to ask myself if there was any rooms available with a working aircon (which should have been a basic protocol). Being expected to stay and sleep the night in a steaming hot room with a faulty aircon in the midst of summer is unacceptable! Literally cooler outside than in the room. This property’s way of solving the problem was very disappointing and slow. Long story short, my husband had to load all of our stuff back into the car and offload again at the main property carry everything through multiple flight of stairs, plus having to move the cot as well. Parking. Parking was very convenient and secure at the beach cove 1 property. On the other hand, parking at the main property is way too tight even for small cars. Literally wiping the other car trying to get into our vehicle not to mention having to offload in a tight space not the most convenient. It is also off the street parking which is not the safest. Cleanliness. FILTHY! I would rather not be provided with towels if they are not clean towels! PLEASE! I feel disgusted knowing I have used the dirty/stained towels provided which I only realized how dirty they are after having used them because the lights were so dim it is not easy to see how dirty it is. We had to get our own towels the next day. Same with the beddings and pillowcases which also had stains on them. We had to wash everything from the kitchenette before using them, glasses, plates, utensils, pots…filthy. Checkout. 9am. The earliest checkout I have ever experienced.

The security deposit; I wish they had made it clear that it’s charged per apartment not per booking. It helps for better budgeting in the guests’ side

The cleaning services did not do a good job, and the towels where not changed and they where dirty.

The front desk staff are very helpful, however the cleaners not so much.
