The site was perfect

The apartment is very clean and neat, we enjoyed our stay. The beach is just a few steps away, really amazing.

Location was great.

Monkey were pest could not ulitise balcony. Preventive barriers on walls needed. Furniture had some thought. Inside of apartment needed attention. Toilet was blocked in one bathroom on arrival. We didn't use it ,used other two. Under basin in spare toilet, exposed piping see photo. Walls are need of painting. Ceiling in main bathroom needs attention. Cleaner came while we were not there. Would prefer having option. Air con vents and air vents were very dusty. Noses started , allergies. Hard beds, flat pillows. We had just stayed in cape town waterfront residence apartments on the canel and paid the same as this apartment so comparing values. Would not stay here again unless it was given a little TLC.

Beautiful place and location. Home is neat with everything you need.

Beds are too hard. Not good if you want to chill with friends or family as security complained about laughing too loud.

It was close to the beach and it was spacious

All in all it was a great place to stay, we loved how spacious the place was however we found a lot of cockroaches running around the place which made it quite uncomfortable

Location, views, modern finishes and security.

Cutoff times for accessing beach and pool. Too early check out at 09h30.
