Excellent accommodation! The ladies assisting with key collection are very kind and helpful. Good security, very clean and comfortable.

There is absolutely nothing to complain about.

The location of the apartment is situated conveinently near restaurants, shops and the beach. The apartment itself is quite spacious with a beautiful big balcony - ideal for hosting friends and family with 180° views of the beach. You can also directly access the beach through the block of apartments which is a bonus!

The host was extremely rude and unreasonable. Our apartment door was jammed on Sunday and instead of assisting or being courteous about the situation, he instead advised that we lock our valuables in the bathroom and continue with our stay while leaving the apartment unlocked. He was incredibly rude and did not consider a refund option. After a lengthy phonecall with him, he insinuated that the door had been broken since his inspection 3 days prior to our arrival. He lacked compassion towards the situation and was quite pompous / arrogant. Eventually I hung up the phonecall as it became pointless. After 20 minutes or so, he then randomly advised via whatsapp that he was trying to source a locksmith and gave no further information of when the locksmith would arrive which meant we waited aimlessly on Sunday in the hopes that the locksmith would arrive sooner than later. The locksmith inspected the door and advised that the maintenance of the door was in a poor condition and that this incident was bound to happen. The locksmith actually advised that his business was located next to the host so it did not make sense as to why the host was reluctant to send out or act as if he did not know of a locksmith who could assist. Luckily it got sorted out however the whole of Sunday from 2pm was a waste as we could only enjoy the day after 5pm once the door was resolved. I would recommend the apartment, but, given the host's attitude, he soured the stay. Apart from this, I would also like to thank the security guard on duty - Vusi, as he was really helpful during this situation.

Night shift security is very bad told us keep noise down or he will turn of lights and it was 9p.m

Location and the quietness

There was so much to love... The spacious and clean apartment, the views, how well equipped the apartment was. And the host/owner, who was efficient, kind, and helpful. Security was also friendly and helpful.

The parking spaces were really tight. But we managed.
