The restaurant staff were so friendly. Even though there were only two of them and our group was quite large, they managed to make our stay good. The lady at reception was lovely and so accommodating and friendly. Definitely not the same lady that checked us in on the first day.

The location was good. Close to the resort and secluded which is what was needed before the year really started.

The lady who checked us in was incredibly rude and not welcoming at all. The restaurant staff was not ready for us at breakfast and we ended up having to get in the kitchen and help them ourselves. Quite unfortunate as they're lovely people. Just terrible organizing. The place was also described as a bed and breakfast and we did not have coffee, tea or sugar in our rooms so we had to request for those separately.

I loved everything about the place—the quietness, the breakfast, but overall, I truly enjoyed my stay. I’ll be coming back again with the kids.
