It was clean and conventional.

That it didn’t have an air conditioner.

The location was convenient and close to the places I needed to visit.

The property did not match the photos advertised online and was not as clean as expected. However, the most concerning part of my experience was the host's behaviour after my stay. After I left an honest review, the host contacted me directly on WhatsApp to challenge my feedback and suggested that I was simply a disgruntled guest. After I reported this behaviour to Booking.com, I was then accused of causing damage to the property and presented with a claim for an item I did not break. This felt like an attempt to recover money from me purely because I left a negative review. What makes this even more upsetting is that this stay took place over my birthday. Instead of being able to enjoy what should have been a special occasion, I have had to deal with messages, accusations, and unnecessary stress. No guest should be harassed, intimidated, or retaliated against for providing honest feedback about their experience. This was one of the most stressful and unpleasant accommodation experiences I have ever had, and I would strongly caution others before booking.

The rooms are clean and service is good

The unit was very cheap, shower and toilet, ridiculously small and shower walls filthy. A full refund is definitely required for such a unit in a high classed location.

The apartment was everything and more than what I expected, very cozy and was in a quiet place ,easy checkin and checkout I'm definitely coming back again

Location and security staff only

Basically everything. The rate of place is highly misleading and deserves a rating of below 4 and these are the reasons with evidence on request. 1. Access to the building was an inconvenience. We didn't have a tag which means we relied on security for access.saving grace was that the security staff were kind and assisted timely and even mentioned they've been telling the host to get the access tag which shows its not a new issue. 2. The place was not clean at all. Cutlery, cups, plates, bin, shower, toilet.. the place was very uncomfortable. Especially the kitchen and bathroom so you can imagine how uncomfortable that is. 3. Just the quality of your fittings are not matching your ratings. Blinds are broken, side labs are broken, plugs are broken and falling off the wall. Iron board was falling apart to extend we used the bed to iron. Wardrobe door was falling apart and was chained with a note that its storage. 4.The place had no basics, i.e Coffee, sugar, tea, toilet paper, bin plastic etc. 5. The place had false advertisement. One of the reasons we booked the place was because of washing machine that we had planned to use, if you read the above, im sure you can guess that the machine was nowhere to be found. This place was shocking. It got worse each day because we were finding out about something that is not working or dirty each and every day. We felt disrespected and shocked of such a place.Please do better. The only great thing about this place is its location.
