The area surrounding and the accomodation were superb.

The delay of getting hold of the receptionist and also when it was time to check out, we could not get hold of the receptionist even on call also whatsapp.

No breakfast was provided

It could have been better if we had someone to clean the property or if we were provided with linen to change our bed. Surprisingly the money for cleaning was deducted but when we get there we were told different story for cleaning.

I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the apartment, which was perfectly located in the heart of the city. Its central location made it easy for us to explore and access all our planned activities. The check-in process was also a highlight, thanks to the lovely lady who handed over the keys. I think her name was Ashley, and she was incredibly patient and helpful, even assisting us with moving into the room. Additionally, I appreciated the top-notch safety measures in place, which gave me complete peace of mind during our stay.

Unfortunately, my stay was marred by several issues. Despite the apartment's appearance matching the photos, I was disappointed to find cockroaches, even in the shower. This was a major concern for me. Additionally, the fleece blanket had an unpleasant odor, and operating the shower head was inconvenient, requiring extra effort to get water to come out. Consider adding diffusers with a refreshing scent to the space. As an Airbnb that hosts various guests, it would be lovely to maintain a fresh and welcoming atmosphere. The empty bottle we found suggested that this was previously considered, and we think it would make a big difference in enhancing the overall experience. We encountered a couple of maintenance issues during our stay. The ironing board was unfortunately non-functional, and the storage area for cleaning materials could benefit from some additional attention and cleaning to ensure it remains tidy and hygienic. While the apartment has potential, attention to these details would greatly improve the overall experience

We had to wait almost an hour for the key to be delivered. They should really do something about that. We messaged and phoned Andrew, still had to wait. Showerhead needed adjustments.

Absolutely nothing ! There’s nothing modern about this flat and it doesn’t have good Wi-Fi
