The hygiene and the location

The location and the small details such as coffee, tea and milk is good.

Lack of maintenance ie. showerhead not good, mixer over wash hand basin too short, light out in bathroom over the mirror, tv shelf loose, tv remote battery cover broken, standing lamp skew, pedestal and toilet roll holder coming away from the wall. Due to the central atrium noise carries, there was noise from maintenance workers drilling and hammering which caused us to leave a day earlier.

The rooms are clean and nice. The location is perfect closer to shops

I didn't like the smell of smoke on the corridors. The lifts also gave us some struggle hope that could be improved

Everything was good!

The parking arrangements were a little confusing. There are two different lifts you need to take from the parking area to the apartment. Unfortunately someone decided to play very loud music 5 o'clock in the morning

I enjoyed the layout of the apartment and the affordability.

Air conditioning difficult to use

The apartment is more beautiful than it is in the pictures. The host was nice. I will definitely book this place again. I mean I didn't want to go back home, it felt like home so spacious and warm with a beautiful view. Everything was just accessible.
