The location was perfect.

Upon arrival the 1st security was not very helpful nor friendly until the 2nd security came and assisted us, when walking into the unit we found that the toilet seat & kettle was missing, cutlery and pots was dirty, television, toilet & lounge lights was not working and there was cockroaches in the apartment, it definitely did not look like the images on the app at all.

Host said she wasn’t aware that people booked. No one was made aware that we booked. There was cockroaches everywhere including in the cupboards, all over the dishes & cutlery and all over the counters. It was an instant put off. Most light bulbs were burnt out so at night there wasn’t much light. Dstv was disconnected.

Nothing

1. Security harassing me about parking, they even clamped my car 2. Owner not around to welcome us or show us around 3. Apartment infested with cockroaches and bedbugs, got bitten while asleep, had to check out a day prior. (I need my day's refund). 4. Bedding smelly 5. Insufficient crockery, no bath towels That place is not suitable for holiday accommodation

The apartment was stinking shirt I didn't get towels and cutlery The dstv was not paid so we didn't watch the TV the whole weekend The cattle was not working The person whom was supposed to come and help us with our complaints she kept on promising us lies and never give came back

The location and place is great, everything you see on the pictures is at it is, the view was amazing, i loved it.

Sea view

Lift is rusty and out dated building on the inside. You can tell by looking on the reception and lift that it's not what you expected for the value of your money. The corridors are dark and bathrooms are very old fashioned. Especially the shower floor is dirty and terrifying I requested it to be cleaned but it was not. There are small cockroaches moving around because the bin is kept inside the room and not cleaned as long as you are there.The bedding was had bood & oil stains. Cutlery set is shot and other basic bowls, to name a few there was no frying pan, chopping board, strainer, only one knife. There was a pack of opened condoms in the kitchen cupboard. The curtains are teared & not hanged neatly, there's a broken and dirty coach. The TV was fixed on the following day because there was only a security guard on the reception who does other duties and they don't have someone else available to assist when you need help. The name of the apartment & the address is not exactly the same as the one you get online.
