The view is good

They were lot of cockroaches🪳 in the house,the is no control of noise other tenants were noisy,no privacy as adults room were divided with a windows

"There’s so much privacy, once u get to ur apartment u own it also there’s all the equipment available for self catering"

Hi. The place was clean,safe parking and security was perfect

The place does not have a functional air-conditioning system. Toilet has no toilet seat. TV does not work hence there is no plug point for the TV. The table stands are so rusty. Parking that was allocated to me was later revoked and given to another person.
