Waited more than 20 minutes to get access. Poor parking facilities. Not good light facilities at night

Property did not look anything like the photos that it were advertised. It was not clean and I did not feel safe on the property. The front door was in bad condition and could barely lock. There were no water or electricity from the time of my arrival until I left the next morning.

I stopped at the gate. Had to open the gate and then started looking for an office or someone to welcome me. Even though the property was advertised as animal friendly and I mentioned in my booking that I travel with a support dog and need confirmation that the dog will be welcome I was met with unnecessary animosity and negativity towards my trained labrador.

The property is all but a guesthouse. Workers and their families are staying in a separate house and in the main house where the guestrooms are. The premises accommodated a broken-down car, open storage spaces and no proper garden. No indication as to where the entrance is. No communication from the owner during the booking process. The contact number on the gate and website was unanswered.

Absolutely nothing

False advertising. Rooms are tiny, no bathroom door, thus no privacy in bathroom. All night long pipes makes horrible sounds non stop. No hot water for a shower and the *towel* is the size of a bathroom mat. Not views of garden from room, but overlooking car ports.

It is way off the main roads, it looked totally dilapidated, in a very bad area. We had trouble finding it, felt extremely uneasy driving through town. We felt unsafe stating there so we did not even get out of our car. False advertising / misleading photos and listing.

the envoroment is so so good and the treatement was excellent . no noises and its so safe to be there . not far from shopping as its central.
