Everything, I’m not even joking…starting from help with the bags when I exit the uber; the help at the reception down to the view bethuna…everything

Unit 29-10: when showering the water pours to the floor resulting in a flooded bathroom. Please fix

Great space, modern. Nice layout. Excellent location.

The lounge got quite hot during the day with the direct sunlight. Recommend blinds or curtains so guests can enjoy the lounge area. Snacks were melted and the surfaces were hot from the direct sunlight. The water leaks out of the shower when used, the bathroom floor gets flooded.

The location was perfect, the views were out of this world. Check-in was straightforward. The host communicated well throughout my stay. There's a bar on the 24th floor, Awethu is one of the friendliest bartender I've ever met.

The TV was not working properly, but I didn't watch much of it, I just needed at as background noise
