"A good downtown stay!"

The view is absolutely the selling point here. Always a friendly smile from the staff downstairs. A great stay in downtown Capetown!

The elevators...Dude, the cleaning staff need their own lift! Sharing with the guests/residents (which is crowded enough! It can take 10 minutes to get down during rush hour) is annoying for all involved... We were staying during some bad weather and could hear the windows cracking all night long due to the wind. The insulation is not so good in general in the building; we could smell our neighbor smoking weed every day.
