The view of the apartment was amazing, the kitchen was well equipped.

The apartment itself is very nice and its location as well.

Even before entering the apartment, you will receive a message with a long list of rules, what you must not do in the apartment and what the fines are for violating them, and you must agree to that. That alone doesn't seem too pro-client. Then a deposit is required in cash, or through applications, which the European does not have available on his App store. We arrived at the place in the evening, when a manager was no longer present and there was no way or to whom to hand over the deposit. No time limit is specified when booking. We agreed to hand over the deposit in the morning and received access instructions. In the end, no one even picked up the deposit. Since ordering the stay, I have repeatedly requested the provision of a parking space, which is offered. Unfortunately, the owner stopped communicating with us after giving access instructions and we had to deal with the car ourselves. The first time you're in a place where you don't know how it goes, it's not pleasant. If you have to deal with parking at this place, you can leave your car in the paid zone on the street right in front of the house. The paid time is from 8AM to 6PM, the maximum can be paid for 4 hours, but it can be extended via the application. So you can leave the car all day and remotely extend the parking. It works out to $25 per day, so it's the cheapest way to park here. The apartment itself is very nice and its location as well. Unfortunately, the owner's way of communicating or not communicating can make the stay unpleasant for a while.
