It was neat, clean, spacious and 5 minutes walk to Sunbet Times Square. I can attend a concert and not worry about long Uber waiting time thereafter.. We just walked over to our unit.

The unit needs pest control as I witnessed a party of cockroaches at night.

Location is great, right by Menlyn/Maine. Place was neat and there was DSTV as well as WIFI that was decent speed. Size of the place was also good with large rooms and plenty of space.

The couch is very uncomfortable and worn. A nicer chair and desk would have been nice to have. The shower door didn't close fully.

There is no breakfast on offer at Comfy Menlyn Apartment, you make your own! The nearness of Menlyn Shopping Center makes it easy to get food and other items.

Nothing much to be honest, I'd like to keep it as my accommodation of choice whenever I come to Menlyn!

I had a 5 day work trip in the Menlyn area, the location was perfect. The accommodation is comfortable and well equipped and the staff were friendly. Definately recommend if you want to be in the heart of Menlyn.
