Showed up at the property and waited 45 minutes for someone to let us in. eventually contacted the owner out of country and was told that they were unable to contact the agent in order to let us in. Eventually agreed to cancel our reservation which was good of them but now we were without a place to stay after a 6 hours drive. Fortunately a different agent/outfit showed up for a different client and help us get accommodation in the same complex for cheaper. Would definitely not recommend booking with chalet 12 on booing.com
