Great location, it's along the main road. Value for money.

No mirrors in the rooms.

There was no breakfast

My room didn't have bulb, my parents room door was not locking nor working. It didn't have a key. It was only bugler that was working

The room was clean

1. The room didn't have any dishes not even a glass to drink water 2. We didn't have hot water at around 5 and we called to ask and the lady said there's nothing he can do about it

The rooms were clean, enough hot water to bath, satisfactory facilities for a one night stay.

There is no security guard and the gate is manual, so we had to get out of the car and open for ourselves which was not so ideal, especially at night. Some guests arrived around 2am, they were LOUD to a point that we couldn't even sleep. The staff didn't come out to ask them to keep it down considering that there were other guests there. So we ended up not getting enough rest

We where denied access as the host insisted on us paying R600 on cash while we had made reservations online.We were told to go complain and sleep at bookings.com,as it is her lodge and not the lodge of bookings.com. The host was very arrogant on the phone and did not even want to open the gate for us,we parked at the gate for 20min going back and forth with the booking issue.
