There was hot water

There was no access to a kettle even when we asked for one, the door does not lock and when you ask for the key, you’re denied the key. So anyone can open the door when you’re inside or outside

It was only sleep over without breakfast

In future when it is winter like now they must provide a heater and maybe a kettle for one to make tea.
