Please note, guests will be provided with door codes and key information prior to arrival. One small, well behaved dog is permitted (in selected cottages only), for a reasonable fee. Every dog must be registered and approved with Beachpoint prior to arrival (there are weight and breed restrictions). Due to the unpredictable nature of weather and ocean conditions, we highly recommend traveler insurance. Nonrefundable cancelation policies do not change based on potential weather or ocean conditions.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. A deposit may be required at the property.
