We could not atay there but the location was quite nice

We paid for 3 nights there. We arrived around 8ish to the property. It was a cold night. I was with my wife and a 4 yr old and a 1.5 yr old. Exhisted after a long drive. The doors were locked. No instruction. No info on the booking.com nor any enail from them. There were door passcodes and we did not have the code. There was no receptionist. No one was on the property since i tried to call out but no answer. I was frustrated with the 2 kids. Tried to call the property number they gave on booking and wall. Went to answering machine and no answer. Asked to send a text. I did text but no answer. Called again several times hopping someone will answer. Finallu y afte 1.5 hrs of waiting and calling in the cold... i called booking.com connected to an AI assisted answering bot. Waited another 26 mins then someone with very bad accents i could not understand well. Anyway he tried to contact the properrty and he did not succeed. We moved to another hotel since could not wait with an infant in that situation. At 10:04 ( we were supposed to get checkin instructions and room keys etc after 3pm) but i say again at 10:04 i recieved an email with the info and instructions. Then again the same email at 10:08 We did nit atay at that hotel as I explained. They did not refund the money and not even an appology. No answer to any of our messages on booking to the propertty.... Dont risk your vacation with them... they dont care....

"A wonderful place close to a beautiful beach that we could relax at and enjoy time with our friends."

I loved the location and the seating area is outside. There were also plenty of chairs for the beach as well as umbrellas and wagons.

The communication online was fabulous. It would’ve been nice to have met somebody at least once during our stay.

The property was overall fantastic! The room was clean and lovely.

There was a very moldy smell in the unit that made me sick immediately. I would love to stay again but could not consider it due to this.
