The location is good

The property is not looking good. Damaged remote controls, TV couldn't be watched. Coaches with excessive stains and wall paint coming out in places. Very low quality bedding.

It was a self-catering so there was necessary amenities, cleaned and no set time for check-out.

The beds were so bad and were old, worn out. We had body-aches. The couch was a better option. The shower head was dirty and full of soap scum or grime. The sliding door was not working well, there was a pool of water outside which attracted fleas. Kids outside making noise, there was no dish cloth but at least kitchen towels, oven was not working. The host blamed the housekeeper for everything, which was disappointing as he shifted his responsibility and blamed the poor worker.

I liked that the host was attentive to all my needs and was quick to resolve any problems.

The apartment has space and it's open. There are enough blankets and utensils for everyone.

The oven wasn't working, the bathroom from the master bedroom was leaking and making a mess, and the DStv was off because we only watched it for a day and the geyser was not enough for more than 6 people because you have to wait for it and it's time consuming

The access to the property was not the best. I communicated with the host to improve it for a smooth stay next time because we would like to come back.
