"The place is not suitable for guest, the owner is not helpful at all"

Nothing at all. The owner should just remove the property from booking.com The place is just a residential area

1. Everything was communicated by phone 2. The cleaned the room while we were there 3. There was no water the entire night 4. The beds were smelling urine 5. We tried to inform the owner no help was given 6. We had to request an uber and went to a garage to buy water to bath with 7. My friend had running tummy it was a disaster

Ceiling fans not working, no security bars, overall very dodgy environment. Cockroaches in the cupboards. We had to book into a hotel at considerable extra expense and didn't stay there at all. Notified owner, no refund and no communication of any value. Would absolutely not recommend at all to anyone, ever. This is the highlights.
