"Exceptional"

The property is well managed and cleaning services are provided if you stay longer. The location is amazing and the parking provided is comfortable and necessary as the area can be crowded (especially if the Stormers are playing). It is an easy and safe walk to the Waterfront and especially the Oranjezicht market. Nicole was friendly and helpful and I enjoyed my stay. The property is also well located for any and all excursions as it is easy to access the N1 from there.

"Schönes Apartment, gute Lage, derzeit viel Lärm."

Super Lage, sichere Gegend. Diverse Restaurants in direkter Laufweite, Lebensmittelladen ums Eck.

Kühlschrank Kompressor immer nachts unglaublich laut, keine Tür zur Küche. Leider immer noch große Baustelle gegenüber, da Fenster nicht richtig schließen immer morgens von Baustelle geweckt worden.

"Parfait emplacement !"

Emplacement parfait. Très pratique car il y a de quoi faire des courses et de quoi manger (très bons burgers et très bonnes glaces) juste en bas de la rue. Le quartier est sûr et il y a une place de parking réservée à l’intérieur de la résidence fermée. Parfait pour la sécurité. L’appartement est à 5 min de tous les centres d’intérêt, c’est très pratique. Et c’est très propre.

As a frequent traveler, this place is one of the best self-catering accommodations I have ever booked

The downside is non availability of an air-conditioner but the area and the position of the building compensate for that. The facility is supercooled by the sea and mountain breeze.
