Furniture a bit old , and bed uncomfortable.

This was the only place I have ever stayed that did not provide any bath towels. I was only informed about this in an email sent about an hour before check-in. As a result, I had not planned for this and did not pack any towels, which was quite inconvenient. There were no coffee or tea facilities and no soap in the bathrooms. While these may seem like small details, they do make a difference to the overall comfort and would add a more premium feel. On arrival, the security informed me that a R500 cash breakage deposit was required. This had not been mentioned anywhere beforehand, and it is not reasonable to expect guests to have cash on hand these days. Overall, the communication from the agent was very last-minute. I only received important information a few hours before check-in, and not everyone has access to email on their mobile phones at all times. This made the experience more frustrating than it needed to be.

I really liked the modern look

I didn’t like that the stay didn’t come with towels, and there is a R1000 fine if you have any visitors which i find as an inconvenience

I ddnt like everything about them

All I can say is pictures are deceiving , it’s very dirty they can’t clean you have to instruct them on how to clean , towels are old, linen has yellow stains … everything was bad I’ll never go back there again or recommend for anyone , book at your own risk

The security and reception staff were extremely friendly.

It's on a very noisy street. The apartment is tatty with stains on the furniture, etc. It wasn't as cleaned as it should have been. There isn't even a dish-towel to wash dishes with. The whole building is noisy in general.

Charging r500 fee and wanting it cash with no communication about this before booking . Property is getting old and not well maintained, was there 3 years ago and it’s debilitated
