I thought the property was beautiful, however the staff was what ruined the experience for me.

The staff were not patient with me. They were rushing me off the property and because I was throwing things around my trash bag ripped. I did try to pick up all the chunks and would have helped clean it all up but they just wanted me out.

The property scammed me. When I arrived the codes didn't work. These where they codes they send me on bookings. When calling the person they did not help me. I was an half hour over the phone. This was definitely a scam and I had to book at a different stay for the two days. We lost our money at this property and I have a big distrust with bookings.com now.

Die Lage ist gut und das Viertel ist auch in Ordnung. Es ist ruhig gelegen aber man ist schnell Downtown 12-15 Minuten je nach Verkehr.

Wir waren mit der Unterkunft überhaupt nicht zufrieden. Auf unseren Roadtrip durch die USA die mit Abstand schlechteste Unterkunft. Der Boden löst sich völlig auf die Bodenplatten sind teilweise mehrere cm auseinander und das an vielen Stellen in allen Räumen. Man mag gar nicht Barfuß laufen, da man Angst haben muss sich die Füße zu verletzen. Des Weiteren ist das Apartment sehr hellhörig. Man hört jeden Schritt, den die Leute über einem im Zimmer machen. Die Sauberkeit war auch nicht gut. Die Scharniere an den Schubladen sind sehr schmutzig gewesen und die Kaffeemaschine sollte unbedingt ausgetauscht werden, die war ekelhaft.

Proximity to Dallas center, free parking, and Wifi. Does the job as a basic place to sleep at night.

Had higher expectations based on the well-lit, bright, and cozy-vibe photos, but unfortunately I probably wouldn't stay here again. Be prepared that management requires $100 deposit (refundable) made outside of Booking.com.

I loved everything about this property and all of the amentiies ! I would have long to have stayed longer .

I didn't like the cleaning staff of the property . Very mean and doesn't know who's bilingual in spanish . I love the management !
