The balcony and views are amazing. The unit is very safe and comfortable.

No help from the staff - we had no idea how to access the beach. No info regarding beach access in the unit, or from the staff. This is a 6 sleeper - but we had only 3 teaspoons. At check in, the staff member was busy on his cell phone and checked us in while chatting on his phone. We were given the keys with a remote and were told "Here are your keys, everything works" Our remotes for various gates did not work. The Wifi was switched off. We had to search for the router, trace the power and solve this ourselves as staff could not be bothered to assist. Our toaster tripped the power. Cleanliness is clearly not a priority in this unit. The towels provided should be used for washing cars, not for guests use. Both lifts were out of order when we had to check out. No one bothered to advise us regarding this. We had to phone managing agents for help, while the staff on the property were well aware of this. Taking my 87 year old Mom down via stairs from the 7th floor was not fun at all. The supervisor did not even bother to stand up and assist, or at least introduce himself. This is a fantastic unit, it is such a pity that the managing company allows it to deteriorate like they do. I am sure the owner will not be happy. The furniture on the balcony was dirty, as well as the cushions. The balcony was not cleaned once during our stay, and by the looks of it, not recently either. Old dirt. Stains all over. Such a pity.

The unit was exactly what we wanted and exactly how it was advertised... The view... The walks on a beach... Everything was in the reach...A home away from home... So welcoming... The style is perfect...

dishwasher did not work bathroom/showers very cramped the one telephone shower not fixed properly spray all over except where it should toilet seat in same bathroom needs to be replaced this is the shared bathroom

Lifts were not operational some of the time

The property is clean and on the beach. Very spacious. Rooms are very big also

The dust in the house. Some places has not been wiped clean
