The location was fantastic,unit was nice .

Kitchen utilities like pot an pans need to be replased.Stove is not working correctly anymore need to be replaced or repaired.A normal shower will be better for older people.

I liked everything about the place except that the was no swimming pool as exp6

Not load shedding friendly, property and unit. Not for the elderly as during load shedding , 7 floors had to be climbed

Location was excellent

The linen and towels are old. The kitchen is also old and the bathrooms need some attention. The showers are not great and the one toilet is very stained. The toilet seat keeps on falling. On Saturday night the neighbours had a party until early hours of the morning at number 72. They left their dirt in the passage in a microwave box and it had a very bad odour

the property is unkept, the supplies are unacceptable they only provide one set of towels, no change of linen, the patio furniture is dirty, the cushions are very dirty u cannot even sit on them, very disappointing for the price and supposedly an upmarket accommodation
