Dolphin Coast Doll House - quaint cottage close to the beach!

Nice little cottage on the owners property , lots of space little garden on both sides, provided everything you need for a convient stay. Everything is in walking distance from the accommodation. The information we got beforehand was really good and over the top with a welcome sign.

Unfortunately was the aircon not really working and we had little visitors , a bunch of frogs came in but we managed to get them out safely.

Very nice place. Well worth the rate asked. The owner was friendly and courteous and everything required for a nice stay was put out by the owner. Very professional. Would definitely use this accommodation again. We enjoyed our stay.

Couldn't really do Netflix due to constant problems with connections.

It was so nice,cozy and peaceful

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at The Doll House in Ballito. The owner was incredibly friendly and welcoming, which immediately made us feel at home. The place itself is modern, spotless, and beautifully done. You can tell a lot of thought went into every detail. Before arrival, we received a very detailed 16-page PDF with clear instructions on access, where everything is in the unit, and great recommendations for local attractions and nearby restaurants. That level of organisation really stood out and made the stay stress-free. The beach is just over 300 m away, so it’s a short walk each time, which was the only minor downside. That said, it was more than made up for by the thoughtful extras provided — including a beach umbrella/gazebo, snorkeling gear, and small surfboards to use during the stay. Overall, a fantastic place to stay in Ballito. Comfortable, well-equipped, and hosted by someone who genuinely cares about their guests. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

The Doll House is a beautifully designed and well-equipped space. Though small, everything has been thought of- from luxury zero-waste toiletries and cleaning products to some milk, rusks and coffee pods being provided to get you through until you can shop. Excellent WiFi, quiet and safe, and just a short walk to Salt Rock’s beach and tidal pool. Lovely host and seamless check in.

To start we had a welcome email, with information about the accommodationand the surrounding area. Accommodation was a high standard with very nice touches for example milk and biscuits as welcome. Close to beaches and restaurants.

Breakfast was not part of the package. The cottage was literally walking distance to a pet-friendly beach

Cottage was a bit small but was cosy and comfortable

Absolutely fantastic accomodation, washing machine was a life saver. Comfortable sleeping arrangements and the owners dogs were sweethearts. Recommended to several people already.
