The check in time stated on the app is not the same as the check in time later provided by the facility. The option of a late checkout is ridiculously over priced. I tried to book for a second day and was told there was no availability but when asking for a late check out - this was offered at almost the same rate of a full day. This was disappointing.

• Spacious • Good cooking facilities • Access to small cute garden • Gas stove • Off street parking • Private and cosy • Host and host family keep to themselves and allowed me privacy and space • Rechargeable bulbs in two lamps

• I had to purchase my own kettle to use on the gas stove, one was not supplied as in the pictures • Nothing else 😊

I liked every single thing about the place. The attention to detail makes it feel like a home,the private garden is an incredible addition. Will definitely be visiting them again.

It was very beautiful. Modern and comfy. A perfect break away from reality.

The walls are thin and we could hear almost every movement in the main home.

We had a very comfortable and exceptional stay. Welcomed very friendly and assisted when needed. Enjoyed our stay very much. Looking forward to another stay...felt like home away from home.❤️🌺😊

A truly spacious cottage, with excellent amenities. We had a comfortable stay and would definitely book again should we return to PE.
