"Nice stay"

Clean, facilities all good.

Restricted opening of balcony door and step onto balcony. Safe was locked in the open position so unusable. Parking very tight - but that seems to go for the whole block.

Close to sea and beautiful views

Cold wind blowing in the apartment thru unsealed doors, dated furniture in the main bedroom and as this unit is on third floor it’s too many steps to climb.

Cleanliness. Comfort. Proximity to shops and amenities. Inverter for Wifi and TV during loadshedding.

Because its winter, we struggled with our washing. A tumble dryer would have been perfect.

"Winter price was too expensive."

We were on the road and didn't see the email sent on the day of arrival for the keys. The owner could have been more helpful. The owner should consider adjusting the winter daily rate. No gas in gas heater. No cleaner you pay extra for that
