Great location, ease of booking, coffee/tea/sugar etc available which was great as well as the 2 fridges and freezer.

Room 48 needs some TLC (lick of paint, light in bathroom falling out of ceiling). Rained during our stay and sounds like roof might have leak next to kitchen cupboards, aircon would be a great ad on.

"It was a beautiful and pleasant stay, it felt like we were away at the perfect holiday beach home."

I like that the place was very centrally located to everything in Knysna, It was sea and Knysna head facing, littrally on the water, it felt like a holiday home, everything was neat and tidy.

The bathroom currently has a leak everytime the shower is used, for some odd reason water starts to pool under the toilet and near the tub area. It doesnt happen instantly it happens about 5 to 10 minutes after the shower is used so it doesn't allow for you to mop it away quickly, resulting it being a possible trip hazzared.
