We loved the tranquility that you get. It is away from the busy suburbs and also waking up to the sound of birds in the peacan nut trees is amazing. We also had our own pool that was nice in the heat.

Although we were offered an upgrade by our wonderful hostess, Karen, we chose to stay in the Nut Hut which was extremely private, very cosy and had its own barbecue. We had a very pleasant evening relaxing after we had managed to sight the protea canary, a very rare bird which is found in the area.

All was perfect. Many thanks to Karen and to Sophie who showed us around.
