I didn’t like the treatment my family experienced with the cleaning supervisor. Especially, Her bullying approach on the last day.

The views was great

-Towels change every 3days -Apartment was left smelling of cigars or cigarettes -Bedding changed alternate days -Washing machine never worked , door refused to open -Pots and pans was disgustingly dirty and old -Cleaning staff was always in a rush ( maybe 🤔 because of new year ) Guys you have a great apartment, with a little tlc and customer service this can go along way

Proximity was great. Very safe environment, friendly staff. Loved how quickly they were able to assist us at the last minute. Checkin and checkout was a breeze. Place smells awesome.

I'm very sensitive to dust. There was some dust build up at the window frames, by the bed frame, in the corners and under the beds.

The apartment itself was absolutely stunning. Great views too

The windows could do with a cleaning. The living room couch also needs to be cleaned and the biometric systems turned nightmarish when we got stuck at reception with no receptionist in site to help us
