Location, comfortable beds and cleanliness.

Housekeeping. We experienced a problem with plugs and this affected TV and lights in the lounge. This could not be fixed on time. We were very disappointed.

It had a great view.. Beautiful and clean very well presented.. We enjoyed the comfort and leisure.. Beautiful shower and clean bathrooms.. Apartment was cleaned while we stayed.. Clean sheets and kitchen..rooms were made daily.. Close to everything.. Convenient.. Security is tight face recognition everywhere from parking to lifts and entrance.. Easy access to the legacy yard.. Clean towels and amazing lil toiletries in each bathroom.

There was a nasty stench as u walked in the door.. Not sure what it was but it smelt like a drain even thou the apartment was super clean.. That smell never left.. Communication between the owners and the arch needs to improve.. The arch wanted R2000 breakage deposit and the owner said R1000.. They allowed R1000 apparantly the owner said they increased it but she still says R1000.. Parking entrance is abit of a pain as it's all the way at the back and around the building.There are only 2 parking bays allocated even thou there's thousands of empty parking bays.. They could not accommodate our 3rd car and we had to pay for parking under public parking for 2 nights. There is a Coffee machine but no pods have to bring your own..pictures makes the room look bigger than it actually is.. Perfect bachelor pad or just right for 2ppl max 3 ppl.. The lift doors leading to the parking or rooms definitely need to be labeled.. There are doors on both sides when exiting the lifts and it becomes confusing when u use the right or left lift as they look and state its fire emergency doors. Parking is on P6.
