Emplacement idéal, calme absolu et sécurisation parfaite, avec parking extérieur gardé. Vue très agréable (sur le côté) sur mer et pontons nautiques. Cuisine bien équipée, appartement confortable.

Juste quelques points d’amélioration: réfrigérateur un peu petit, pas de machine à laver et faux-plafond apprécié des moustiques/mouches.
