Clean neat and tidy

The pictures of the room had an aircon in the room and the room did not have an aircon, it was Dec so very hot and we specifically l;ook for properties with aircons as we sleep better.

Location

Dirty, needs deep cleaning. Bedding smells. Not great communication. Breakfast poor, fruit rotten, was later than arranged. No place to eat breakfast. One chair in the room. Wi-fi didn't work.

No bars on Windows- felt stuffy No aircon. Beautiful old furniture, but overcrowding the room. Room smelt "old"
