The location was ideal. Linda, the lady I met at the property, was pleasant and helpful (even though she did not know about my booking).

Once I got to the place I could not get hold of the owners and eventually had the local neighbourhood security help me confirm I was at the right place. Once inside the lady I met did not know about my booking. I did not know the place was pet friendly and being sensitive to odours I found the room unpleasant with pets smell.

Very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. 👌

Good location

Staff member was extremely rude and a liar. we were a few minutes late on check out before we knew it there were 2 security vans, we were kicked out like peasants. Very unwelcoming and not good way to treat guests. It was our first time in PE and we were struggling to get a ride out, instead of staff assisting she made us feel uncomfortable and embarrassed us. Poor quality toilet paper
