The location was okat, next to restaurants

The door handle was not working snd locked mg staff inside and i had to sleep on a sofa. The property tried to force me to pay locksmith for opening.

We did self-catering, no breakfast from the guest house. It was very easy to find the location.

On the website there was free wifi but we didn't see any wifi when we tried to use it, might be network problem I don't know.

Facility was good,with adequate space to accommodate my family. Access to WiFi network,perfect! Kids loved the fact that they could enjoy swimming in the pool,esp on arrival as it was extremely hot. Kitchen materials,well provided BBQ areas good

Equipment maintenance : on our arrival to the room microwave stand fell seemingly was not properly fitted or had gone loose on the wall,with the microwave on it,it hit the baby that was standing nearby and knocked him down with the microwave on top of him,got a big fright then but thank God he didn't get any injury. Bath towels well provided but not in good condition,thank God we had provided our own. For the whole day on our second day,we had problems with water,supply was just black for the whole of St lucia area,we had to buy water to bath for all of us. The place must have a plan in place for such instances so that guests can still bath and cook.eg water tanks.

The staff were very accommodating and friendly. Made me feel at ease as if it was home away from home. The place was nice and spacious including everything one would need.
