I liked the location most and the facilities were just enough and room was cleaned everyday.

Electricity issue, there were no lights for 2 days though the stove, TV, aircon was working in only one room and lights came surprisingly on the day we were leaving.

This was the worst service we received from whilst using booking.com. We phoned the establishment to confirm if we can pay a few days earlier but was given numerous stories. The first excuse was that unit we booked didn't have a from gate, which we were fine with. Then she said she realized booking.com doubled booked the same time and same unit. WE were unfortunately refused this booking by the owner!

Units are neat but in need of a serious update.

The location is very central and the place was pet friendly. The staff was VERY friendly.

The unit we stayed in is very outdated and in dire need of renovation and a thorough scrubbing, The oven was disgustingly filthy. Bedding and towels were very clean - but I had to asked for fresh towels half way through the stay. It was also woefully under equipped but advertised as FULLY equipped self catering. The kitchen was close to dysfunctional with extremely poor lighting. The divisions inside the unit are awkward, the bathroom is only accessible by walking through the main bed room, so one has to intrude every time on other persons' privacy to make use of the toilet, etc. The place has a lot of potential, but needs serious work. We travel quite a lot and have stayed much better for the same or even less money. The little garden is lovely and ideal for travelling with a pet and the staff was VERY friendly, but it did not make up for the neglected and dated appearance and bad layout of the unit self.

I loved the location, its very central, the staff was very accommodating and friendly, the premises is clean and the accommodations were clean and comfortable. Excellent stay. Thank you. 😊

Mmmm 🤔 can't think of anything I didn't like It was all good. We loved our stay.
