Nothing at all

The owner booked other people after our stay was approved on booking.com via email the previous day on 28 December. We came back at 6:30 pm on 29 December from a day out at Cape Vidal (with no cellphone reception) only to hear that we don't have a place to sleep in the middle of December when St. Lucia is fully booked. We have 2 young children and had nowhere to go. It was the most stressful situation we've ever been in, and on top of it all on holiday when it's supposed to be fun and stress free. Staff from the different holiday resorts (Perna Perna, Ecolodge, Igwalagwala, Kwalucia) contacted each other to find us a place to sleep for the night, they went out of their way to help us without obligation to our situation where Elize from from Fish Eagle where our booking was reserved basically told us our situation it's not her problem! Inhumane and unprofessional service!

Elize was warm friendly.we 😍 the pool...was clean n beautifully situated by trees n shade was awesome. Our unit was clean n well maintained. And best of all well situated close to all shops...

- noisy from people. :/ It is a little minus of this place, because rooms are closed of main road in St. Lucia = you can hear noisy people after midnight. That is why I recommend to sleep with ear plugs like me. :)
