Fisheagle Accommodation

We have travelled all the way from Johannesburg to find that the rooms that we have booked are not available and alternative rooms can be provided, The host have offered to refund the money if we are not comfortable with the option given. I have made numerous bookings with Booking.com and never had this experience. The only reason for that mentioned by the host is 'they made the payment before you'. I am quite surprised as I was asked to make atleast 50% of the payment before 7th of September which I have done immediately and the property haven't responded till I made multiple checks with Booking.com. I am quite upset with this, forget about the comfort level in the property, I was not ready to hear to take deposited money back and search for accommodation elsewhere. One of us need to sleep in the living room because of this change of plan without prior intimation.

They had good communication

There coms a time when guest houses need to replace the linen, this time has long passed here. The unit was dark and damp with a smokey smell. Warm water took ages to get to the shower. We stayed in a much better place beforehand at much less than here.

i liked the fact that that the shops are just across the road and there are lots of activities around

the lady there Elize she was so rude to us only just because we arrived late by 10 at night but i sent her message to say sorry we late but she was very very rude to us and the pool was so dirty

Everything. It was very central and very clean and comfortable

The bungalow easily accommodated our four adults and four children. A large kitchen table seated all of us. It was clean and comfortable. I would recommend this place for family stay in St Lucia. We felt safe and it was a short walk to the downtown area.

None of the lodges we have stayed at provide face cloths. This seems odd but it must be the norm here. We had clean towels for bathing but I guess you will need to bring face clothed on your trip to Africa. 🤣
