"This was our second visit to Gone to the Beach and we have thoroughly enjoyed our stay both times. The area is peaceful"

Decor, facilities (pool area, outdoor tables, comfortable outdoor seating, braai), location (very close to the beach), comfortable beds, spacious, different areas to relax, tv room, games and books, fresh towels (including beach towels)

Only comment is that the darts and table-tennis bats need to be replaced as these are broken (which is a shame as these are great activities).

"Gone to the Beach- a home away from home"

The house was clean, spacious and had all the necessary appliances. The game area was a hit as well as the splash pool. The partial sea views and the short distance to the beach was also a bonus. The area itself is serene, quiet and away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

The trees in the front of the house and opposite neighbours should be trimmed to allow for a better view of the sea.

Would have been nice to have proper curtains in the room, especially the front room enabled a very early wake up 😀

Has a well equipped kitchen. The bathrooms are great. The beds very comfortable and good linen.

The third bedroom is more of a sleeping area with no door.
