Olive and Vine Farm Cottage

The cottage has a lovely outside bathtub that easily fits two people! We really enjoyed our stay. Bath robes were provided. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything you could need and more! There are lights that automatically switch on during loadshedding - very convenient!

There really weren't any things that we disliked. All-round very happy with our stay!

The cottage is in the most wonderful location on the farm. Sophia is a generous host who is very happy to help and never more than a quick message away but also respects your space. The cottage is a short walk to town with lovely dogs who will keep you company on a walk around and it has a famous neighour who you should visit too, Pigcaso! I had a lovely time relaxing at the farm, and the bath is well worth a try too, I can't recommend this place enough!

Such a lovely farm, so beautiful! It was self check in but the host was available for any question we had. Location is walking distance from the center (only few minutes).

There isn’t something I didn’t like.

Spacious, comfortable, peaceful cottage at the foot of the Franschoek mountain. Away from the hustle and bustle of Central Franschoek while close enough to walk to the centre of town. Would definitely recommend for a peaceful stay.

In walking distance to the wine tram. Good equipped. Clean.

Be aware that they charge approx. 25% taxes extra!!! And you simply not get what they promis in the description. For example the jacuzzy/whirlpool is ony a very small pool. Wine/Sekt is not available. The shower is very small and very cold during load shedding. I dont know why the dont put blinds to all the windows.

Very comfortable stay in this well equipped cottage, in a quiet, secure location within easy walking distance of Franschhoek town, including the wine tram terminal. Easy check-in / out and friendly host - highly recommended :)
