The house was spacious and comfortable

Beutiful location and walking distance to all the resturants and shops you would need. Apartment is well suited for a family

No aircon or fan. It was extreamly humid and hot. On the website it said the apartment had a aircon. If we had to bring our own portable one we would have.

There were not enough glasses to drink our cold drinks There was a tripping hazard behind the couch, an open electric plug (I took it as a death trap)

the apartment stank inside and there were stains on the bedding…we were told we’d get a full refund but are still waiting for it. photos below.

The beachfront and pool and braai area.was good, and the location of the apartment as it is over looking the beach and pool, yard was clean smelling fresh grass and trees. What I also like was the beds very comfortable.

Yhoo the apartment doesn't look like in the pics it's older looking, the sofas where dirty and worned out not comfortable at all, the apartments was not clean, the bedding was not clean and mats where smelling the beds was roughly made up not professional at all, there where only one towel per room, one toilet roll for the duration of our stay, no dishwasher soap we hsd no cleaning service and we paid R350 for the cleaning service that was included in our booking price, the cleaning lady came in our 2nd day wanted as to leave saying her boss told her we where supposed to have booked out, that made us unhappy coz it means our host was not interested in us as his guests coz he didn't even know how long we where staying, all he did was send a whatsapp how many guests are we and our arrival time and information where we will get the key and pin codes. We are very disappointedand we want our R350 Bag of the cleaning service we paid and the service was not rendered. AND the apartment showed 2 double beds and one extra large bed but we found one room with 2 single beds.

The place is not up to standard it needs some care especially in bedrooms, wardrobe is so scary inside, carpets are dirty and smelly. The place is not good for people with sinusitis.

Nothing it was good value for money.

The lounge suit is extremely uncomfortable, no even one bed lamp had a globe in, veranda was extremely dirty (we could not even sit there), main bed made smoke come out, plug in lounge was sitting dangerously out side of the wall.
