The wiev is nice and the location is great BUT There was no Aircon No fan The shower leaks Molding smell Electric pan does not work Dishwasher out of order Electric fitings dangerous

Very clean - apartment was spotless. Complex is beautifully maintained. Perfect location - walking distance to supermarket and restaurants. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend- would definitely return.

Shower curtain is too small; coffee mugs are chipped; fridge is old and broken; tumble dryer not working, outside dining table wonky leg. Needs some upkeep.

Space and environment

Fellow tenants were so not pleased seeing bunch of ladies having fun and they didn't like us utilising the pool as much as we liked as people who have paid. Funny enough there were broken things and we shared pics and videos of those wuth the host and he acknowledged them..... As I am wrting this review I am not pleased because he is ignoring me when I ama requesting my deposit money cause everything wad left the way it was found.

Everything is good

The location it's so beautiful and mind blowing. I will definitely visit that area again however not at Sandpiper bay.

The apartment was so dirty with lots of dust from the main bedroom. rug is so dirty it cause me flu. I paid for cleaning services however the place was never cleaned. The host is full of disrespect and too much unnecessary answers. He even threated not to open the about apartment for us and pay us back after 2 weeks while we were awaiting to enter the premises. I will never recommend this place to anyone.

The location was great, and the complex facilities were awesome. The swimming pool and braai areas were fantastic, and there is direct, close access to the beach. The owner allowed us a slightly later checkout which was appreciated.

The advert stated that the apartment is airconditioned, but unfortunately there was not a single air-conditioner, and there were no fans. It was extremely hot in the apartment, especially at night. The second toilet has a wonky toilet seat, the one bedroom window latch does not work, and the shower curtain needs to be replaced with a new curtain or a shower door, as the water spills out of the shower every time someone showers. Other than these points, everything else was good in the apartment.

The unit definitely needs an upgrade. A good start will be a proper shower door with rails for your towels. There are no aircon/fans or hairdryers.

The location is amazing. Right on a beautiful, swimming beach. More than enough parking with a lovely swimming pool. The complex with braai facilities are beautiful. The rate per day is affordable.
